Taiwan Semiconductor BAV Switching Diodes are designed to offer fast switching speed, low leakage current, and low power loss. These diodes feature high surge current capability. The BAV diodes' molding compound meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These diodes are RoHS-compliant and Halogen-free. The BAV diodes are used in Switching Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), adapters, on-board DC/DC converters, and lighting applications.
